Accommodation rules

Dear visitors. Below are the accommodation rules. These rules are obliged to comply with each resident without exceptions. Please read carefully.

  • Each guest must be properly registered for the accommodation. For this purpose, he is obliged to present an identity card or a valid passport immediately upon arrival.
  • Throughout the building there is a STRICT BAN ON SMOKING and the use of fire. At the same time, it is forbidden to smoke from open windows or doors. Smoking is possible in outdoor areas. Smoking in any part of the building is penalized by CZK 2,000.
  • It is allowed to make a fire only on a fireplace in the garden.
  • From 22:00 to 07:00, guests are required to observe quiet hours.
  • It is not allowed to move apartment facilities, manipulate the electricity network or other installations in any way without consent of the owner. Follow the safety rules.
  • The guest is obliged to close the water taps, turn off all electric devices, turn off the lights, close the windows and lock the doors before leaving the building.
  • The landlord is not responsible for things brought by the guest to the accommodation, as well as for money and valuable things (i.e. jewelry, etc.), including what is left in the car. Jewelry, money and other valuables are the responsibility of the guest himself.
  • The accommodation provider is not responsible for the health or life of the guests. For safety reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under the age of 10 without adult supervision in the apartment. In winter, the guest must pay the attention when moving around the house in terms of the possibility of injury on the ice.
  • It is necessary to maintain cleanliness and normal tidiness throughout the building and its surroundings.
  • The guest must immediately inform the reception staff about any damages or defects, including fire. Guests must eliminate at their expense all damages and defects they caused, or to pay for the repair (unless they prove they have not caused the damage or defect).
  • In the winter season, despite the fact the access road to the house is cleaned of snow, we still recommend you to take snow chains with you. Of course, it depends on the current snow conditions.
  • On the day of departure, the accommodation provider inspects the building and takes it over. The tenant is fully responsible for damages incurred through his fault or the fault of all other participants in the stay. The loss of the key is charged CZK 500 (or EUR 25). If any damage to the object in the interior or exterior and its equipment occurs negligently or intentionally, the guest is obliged to compensate the damage in full of the original price. More extensive damages must be compensated no later than 14 days from the end of the stay.
  • If the guest severely violates their contractual obligations, accommodation rules and regulations or good manners despite a warning, the accommodation provider is entitled to terminate the contract before the expiry of the contractual accommodation period without a notice period. In this case, the guest is not eligible for a refund for the unused period of stay.
