Year-round operation. In summer season (July + August) we only offer weekly stays.
The minimum stay is 2 nights. We offer prices for the entire building only.
We do not offer New Year’s Eve.
We offer discount of 15% when you book 4 nights, and 20% when you book 5 or more nights.

Accommodation, water consumption, toilet paper, bed linen, towels, washing and cleaning products for the bathroom, use of washine machine, cleaning after departure.
City tax in the amount of 21 CZK per person per day for persons aged 18 to 65, which is paid at the arrival.
Use of the electricity in the amount of CZK 9 per 1 KWh according to consumption.
Dogs on request according to size for an additional charge of CZK 150 per day.
In addition, the owner collects a deposit of CZK 5,000 upon the arrival, which is returned in full at the end
of the stay, if there is no damage to the property.
The sauna is available upon agreement with the owner and payment on the spot in cash.
The reservation deposits in the amount of CZK 5000 are paid by bank transfer. After sending the inquiry, we will send you an e-mail with an invoice in the amount of CZK 5,000. By paying the invoice, your stay is reserved. By paying the deposit, you also agree to the General Terms and Conditions and Accommodation rules.
The rest of the payment is paid by bank transfer to the accommodation provider’s account. The amount must be credited to the accommodation provider’s account no later than 14 days before the arrival. If you make a reservation less than 14 days before your arrival date, you will need to pay the full amount at once.

Cancellations over 30 days before the start of the stay – a deposit of 100% is refunded.
Cancellation 30 – 15 days before the start of the stay – a deposit of 50% is refunded.
Cancellation 14 days before the start of the stay or less – nonrefundable.
By sending a deposit, the customer agrees to the cancellation policy of the accommodation.
You can pick up the keys from the owner of the building from 14:00 to 18:00 at the address of the accommodation Bohuliby 21, Petrov, Jílové u Prahy. It is necessary that you specify time of your arrival by e-mail at the [email protected], or you can call us at +420 776563502, +420 602728228. If you are unable to arrive at the property within this time span, please call us in advance to arrange the different time.
It is important that you provide us with your valid phone number in case we need to contact you.
Guests must leave the apartment by 10:00 and hand over the keys to the owner of the property.
