Payment terms for direct bookings with the owner

If you choose to book directly with the owner, we will send you an individual offer after you fill out the form. If you accept it, you will receive an email with a deposit invoice in the amount of CZK 5,000.

The deposit is paid by bank transfer. Your stay is bindingly reserved after the deposit is credited to the owner’s account. By doing so, you also confirm your agreement with the General Terms and Conditions and the Accommodation Rules.

The balance for accommodation must be paid by bank transfer to the owner’s account, and the amount must be credited to the account no later than 14 days before arrival.

If the reservation is made less than 14 days before the date of arrival, we will issue an invoice for the full amount of the stay, which is payable immediately.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations over 30 days before the start of the stay – a deposit of 100% is refunded.
Cancellation 30 – 15 days before the start of the stay – a deposit of 50% is refunded.
Cancellation 14 days before the start of the stay or less – nonrefundable.

By sending a deposit, the customer agrees to the cancellation policy of the accommodation.

Information about your stay

Open year-round.

During the summer season (July and August), we only offer weekly stays.

Minimum length of stay: 2 nights.

We always offer prices for the entire property (we do not rent individual apartments).

Water consumption
Use of washing machine
Basic amenities (toilet paper, bed linen, towels, bathroom cleaning products)
Cleaning after departure

Price does not include

Recreation fee to the municipality – CZK 21 per person per day, applies to guests aged 18 to 65. The fee is payable in cash at the start of your stay.
Electricity consumption – charged according to actual consumption, price CZK 9 per 1 kWh.
Pets – by prior agreement (depending on size), additional fee of CZK 150 per day
Extra bed for children under 10 years of age – possible by agreement with the owner; additional fee of CZK 520 per night in the summer season, CZK 400 in the off-season.
Refundable deposit – collected upon arrival in the amount of CZK 5,000; returned in full upon departure if no damage to property has occurred.
Sauna – available by arrangement with the owner, payment is made on site in cash.

Arrival and departure instructions

Check-in

You can pick up the keys from the owner of the building from 14:00 to 18:00 at the address of the accommodation Bohuliby 21, Petrov, Jílové u Prahy. It is necessary that you specify time of your arrival by e-mail at info@chalupadaisyposazavi.cz, or you can call us at +420 776563502, +420 602728228. If you are unable to arrive at the property within this time span, please call us in advance to arrange a different time.

It is important that you provide us with your valid phone number in case we need to contact you.

Check out

Guests must leave the apartment by 10:00 and hand over the keys to the owner of the property.
